Interaction > Multi-Touch Image Editing
March 9th, 2007 | Published in Interaction

A undersized screen and complicated interaction with mouse are the handicaps in image editing yet. We solved that problem through using the Multi-Touch-Technologie. By interacting with gestures, partly inspired by the traditional workflow in photo laboratories, we made image editing software more tangible and brought it back to a more intuitive level. The User gets a better overview because of the huge screensize of 100 x 75cm. Another advantage of this kind of media is the posibility to work in group on one screen. This project was realised in collaboration with Thomas Gläser and Wera Reinhardt during the fourth semester at HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd.
